Greeting St. Anthony
I would like to welcome you to the 2010-2011 school year at St. Anthony Academy. I am very excited to be teaching your child this year. I have high expectations for all third graders. In order to ensure their success, I will need your help in the education process. Please take an active part in your child's education. They will be faced with various challenges that will require assistance from you. This will include oral reports, preparation for tests and quizzes, Science Fair projects, and research assignments. At this level, your child will become an independent learner who will be responsible for their learning with my assistance. I need all students to be active in the learning process. They will be engaged in critical thinking activities in all subjects. I have enjoyed the first week of school and I look forward to working with you.
